In December 2018, our first product were, at last, ready for production:
Ciona umami fond.
We will still experiment with different bottles and caps before placing it on the market. But soon.
The fond is very rich in marine umami taste – without tasting fishy (haha…). It gives a strong neutral taste boost to any dish based on the high concentration of natural glutamic acid – the same principle that gives fish, algae and tomatoes the rich and flavoury taste.
We are especially proud of making the Ciona Umami Fond without any additives! No chemical preservatives, no pH-regulators, no pesticides, no etc.
We shall apply for an organic certification (most probably the KRAV certification), since we fulfill all the requirements easily.
